God is faithful to perform His Word in your life!

Psalms 21:2 (AMP)
You have given him his heart’s desire and have not withheld the request of his lips.  Selah [pause, and think of that]!

Pause and think about the responsibility God has taken for you to receive your heart’s desire.  Your heavenly Father has already made provision for your heart’s desire.  Next, pause and think about the responsibility you have to receive your heart’s desire.  The request of your lips will not be withheld.  Your responsibility includes maintaining a positive faith confession concerning your heart’s desire.

Your responsibility (to receive your heart’s desire) includes maintaining your confession of God’s Word; God’s responsibility includes His faithfulness.  When you continually speak God’s Word, God promises you that He is faithful to perform it (See Hebrews 10:23 AMP).  God performing His Word in your life starts by accepting God’s Word as the source of truth for your life (See John 1:1, 14).  Your faith becomes effective when you say the same things about yourself that God says about you in His Word (See Philemon 1:6).  Be sure your words remain operative by saying the same thing about you and your life that God says about you and your life.
