The Holy Spirit performs miracles when you believe in, adhere to, trust in, and rely on the gospel message.  The miracle mindset is revealed in:

Holy Spirit MiraclesGalatians 3:5 (AMP)
Then does He Who supplies you with His marvelous [Holy] Spirit and works powerfully and miraculously among you do so on [the grounds of your doing] what the Law demands, or because of your believing in and adhering to and trusting in and relying on the message that you heard?

I want you to notice four phrases at the end of this verse: believing in, adhering to, trusting in, and relying on.  These four phrases make up the miracle mindset.  Here is the meaning of each phrase:

Believe in…

Faith is hearing the gospel and believing it, but what specifically are we to believe?  Answer: We are to believe that God raised Jesus from the dead so we could become the righteousness of God in Christ.  This is confirmed in Romans 10 verses 9 and 10, which say: “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”  You are to believe that God raised Jesus from the dead so you could become the righteousness of God in Christ.

Adhere to…

Adhere to the Gospel, not the Law of Moses.  Keep believing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ even when you miss it and sin.  Sweeping statement now: Even when you miss it and sin, God still loves you unconditionally because you are the righteousness of God in Christ.  God no longer relates to you as a sinner, but as the righteousness of God in Christ.  The phrase “adhere to” has to do with consistency.  Everything that happens in your life is a result of what you do consistently.  You must consistently focus on the fact that God loves you unconditionally because you are the righteousness of God in Christ.

Trust in…

Confessing Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior includes trusting in what Jesus did to make you right with God.  The fact that I am right with God means God loves me unconditionally.  Being right with God means salvation, healing, and deliverance belong to me.  The Holy Spirit manifests salvation in my spirit, deliverance in my soul, and healing in my body when I trust in what Jesus did to make me right with God.  Trusting in what Jesus did to make me right with God leads to knowing God loves me unconditionally.  Knowing God loves you unconditionally allows the Holy Spirit to perform miracles in your spirit, soul, and body.

Rely on…

You are to rely on the resurrection power supplied by the Holy Spirit.  The same power that raised Jesus from the dead resides within you.  As you continue to believe that you are the righteousness of God in Christ, as you continue to adhere to the Gospel, as you continue to trust that God loves you unconditionally, the power of God will be manifested in your life by the Holy Spirit, and when the Holy Spirit manifests the power of God, miracles happen.  The finished work of Christ means that everything you need for the rest of your life has already been provided through the sacrifice of Jesus.  Your responsibility is to rely on who you are in Christ as your basis for relating to God and to other people.
